"No more pictures!"

I recently asked my dear friend Barb if she would take some pictures of Lily for a birth announcement that I want to send out. (My sister Lisa made me some awesome birth announcements - I will take a pic of the completed one and post to the blog later). While I haven't decided which one to pick, I am pretty sure that these won't make the cut:

I'm a Big Girl Now

Lily had a weigh in on Friday - the second one since we have had her home. She weighed in at 6 lbs 4.5 ounces - what a big girl! Ok, not quite yet, but she is gaining so that is good news. Here she looks like a big girl playing with her bunny. But mommy totally posed her with it...and then she tried to eat it. And then she was exhausted from the photo shoot.

Ready for the Derby

I have always wanted to go to the Kentucky Derby, but really only so I can wear a cool hat. She didn't love it at first - I had to give her the pacifier.
